What to Include in Your Inquiry
To speed up your quote turnaround, please include in your first message:
- Product and grade — e.g., PCE superplasticizer (standard / retarding / early-strength), TPEG / HPEG / EPEG macromonomer, 2-HEA, acrylic acid, sodium gluconate (industrial grade), SNF.
- Estimated annual or monthly volume in MT, and target order size for the first shipment (1 MT sample, 5–10 MT LCL, or 20 MT FCL).
- Destination port — we ship FOB Qingdao to all major ports including Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Jebel Ali, Dammam, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Klang, and Manila.
- Required documentation — standard COA and MSDS are included in every shipment; we additionally support REACH (EU), SASO / ESMA / GSO (GCC), BIS (India), and customer-specified third-party laboratory verification on request.
- Application context — ready-mix concrete, precast, UHPC, PCE polymerization (compounder), gluconate as concrete retarder or chelator, etc. This helps us recommend the right grade and dosage.
Sample & First Order Process
For first-time customers, we recommend the following sequence: (1) 1 kg laboratory sample shipped via DHL / FedEx at our cost for initial qualification, typically delivered in 5–7 business days; (2) 1–5 MT trial shipment by sea once lab results are accepted, with documentation aligned to your import country’s requirements; (3) 20 MT FCL production order on standard 30% TT + 70% against B/L copy terms, or irrevocable L/C at sight for first orders.
