Do you offer CIF or only FOB pricing?
We offer FOB Qingdao as standard. CIF Nhava Sheva or CIF Mundra is available on request, with shipping arranged by our preferred forwarder. CIF orders typically add 8–15% to the FOB price depending on container size and current freight rates.
Can you supply BIS-certified products?
Definly does not currently hold direct BIS certification (BIS does not certify Chinese imports for IS 9103). However, our PCE specifications conform to GB 8076 and ASTM C494, which are routinely accepted by BIS-certified Indian concrete admixture manufacturers as a raw material input. We can provide third-party laboratory test reports to support your local BIS certification process.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms: 30% TT in advance, 70% balance against scanned BL. LC at sight available for orders ≥USD 50,000. We do not offer DA / DP terms until a buyer relationship has been established with multiple successful FCL shipments.
