- Sample order or trial container — most first-time buyers start with a 1 MT sample (drum or IBC) for laboratory evaluation, then move to 20 MT FCL after specifications are verified.
- Payment — 30% TT advance plus 70% balance against scanned BL, or Letter of Credit at sight for orders ≥ USD 50,000.
- Production and shipment — 10–15 day production lead time, then sea transit per region (5–15 days to ASEAN, 15–25 days to India, 25–30 days to Europe).
- Delivery and follow-on orders — you receive the full documentation set for customs clearance; subsequent orders run with streamlined payment terms.
