Can you ship to JAFZA, KIZAD, or Sohar Free Zone?
Yes. Free zone delivery is standard. We pre-align commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin to the importing free zone’s documentation requirements. Customer of record can be either the free zone entity or the mainland trading company.
What payment terms do you accept for GCC customers?
30% TT advance plus 70% against B/L copy is our standard term for established customers. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for first orders, opened through any mainstream GCC bank (Emirates NBD, ADCB, SAB, QNB, NBK). We do not offer open account on first orders.
