Definly Chemicals (Shandong Definly Chemical Co., Ltd.) operates under a multi-layered quality and compliance framework — combining international quality management standards, regulatory compliance for export markets, and product-specific concrete admixture certifications. This page summarizes the certifications and standards we operate under, the documentation we provide with shipments, and the third-party verification we use to support customer audits.

ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System
Our manufacturing operations follow ISO 9001:2015 quality management principles for documented procedures, batch traceability, in-process inspection, and customer complaint handling. ISO 9001 alignment ensures that products from one production run match the next — critical for PCE compounders running tight polymerization recipes.
International Concrete Admixture Standards
GB 8076-2008 (China)
Our finished PCE superplasticizer meets GB 8076-2008 requirements for high-range water reducers, including water reduction at constant slump (≥25%), setting time control, slump retention, and 7-day / 28-day compressive strength contribution.
ASTM C494 Type F (United States)
Definly PCE is qualified as ASTM C494 Type F (high-range water reducer). Test data covers water reduction (≥12% per ASTM), time of setting, compressive strength relative to control, and freeze-thaw durability for projects in North American markets.
EN 934-2 Type 11 (Europe)
Our PCE is documented to EN 934-2 Type 11 specifications, supporting our European customers' downstream CE marking and Declaration of Performance (DoP). Test reports cover all parameters required for EN 934-2 conformity.
Regulatory Compliance for Export Markets
REACH — European Union
Definly’s product portfolio falls into one of three REACH categories: (1) EINECS-listed substances requiring no separate REACH registration (sodium gluconate CAS 527-07-1, naphthalene sulfonate condensate); (2) polymers exempt from REACH registration (finished PCE superplasticizer); and (3) substances supplied through REACH-registered EU importers (acrylic acid, 2-HEA). We provide EU-format Safety Data Sheets compliant with EC 1907/2006 and CLP labeling per 1272/2008.
Form E / Form F / GSP — Preferential Tariff Origin Certificates
For ASEAN destinations (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines), we issue ASEAN Form E enabling preferential ACFTA import duty rates. For Pakistan, we issue Form F. For other GSP-eligible markets, GSP Form A is available. These certificates can save importers 5–15% in customs duty depending on product and destination.
Dangerous Goods Documentation
Acrylic acid (UN 2218, IMDG Class 8 PG II) and 2-HEA require dangerous goods declarations and ADR/IMDG-compliant packaging. We provide all required hazardous-goods documentation, including emergency response codes, MSDS in target-market language, and packaging certifications.
Third-Party Testing & Verification
SGS and Equivalent Laboratories
For customers entering BIS-certified, CE-marked, or otherwise regulated supply chains, we work with SGS and equivalent third-party laboratories to provide independent test reports. Reports cover parameters specific to each product: PCE water reduction performance per ASTM/EN methods, sodium gluconate purity by HPLC, monomer assay by GC, and chloride/alkali content by titration.
